Hi there, I am Courtney Elzinga, the founder of Prism Profit. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, I absorbed the essentials of running a business from an early age. When I entered the hair industry, my passion for styling was matched by my ambition to own a salon.

After years of honing my craft and managing a mini-business by renting my own station, I seized the opportunity to buy a six-chair salon.Applying my family's business principles, I turned the salon into a thriving success. This experience revealed a common gap among talented stylists: while they excelled creatively, they struggled with the business side. This realization led to the creation of Prism Profit.
